Focus on Breath
Just a thought for improving your health.
Take some time to focus on your breathing. Stop your work, take a few moments away from your computer and breath. Take long deep breaths, fill your stomach, inhale and exhale. Also, when you are taking these big deep breaths, don’t let any thoughts distract you. Just focus on breath. Let any random thoughts flow out with each exhale.
I try and take some time every night just for me, to relax and breath. I’ve noticed its easier to sleep. I think it will help you too.
