Eat a variety
When it comes to foods, especially fruits and vegetables, please remember to eat a variety. I know so many people who stick to their 1 or 2 favorites, but this not right. We should branch out, try new things. We live in a world where we have access to SO many good fruits and vegetables. We should enjoy them.
Plus, eating a variety of foods is better for health because it supplies more of the needed vitamins, minerals, and good phytochemicals. Next time you are going to have a salad try putting sweet red peppers in the mix. When you want cereal in the morning, add some frozen blackberries. Try a starfruit or some kiwi!
