I’ve seen lots of weight loss products on the internet in my days, (I sound like a old man hehehe….)

I remember some crazy ones.  But none of these diets last. They are based on fad trends not healthy principles. I’m tired of weight loss garbage and gimmicks.

Lucky, I have finally found a weight loss idea of which I can approve. What to know what it is? It is not a  diet, it is a program based on life style changes.

Focus on Breath

Just a thought for improving your health.

Take some time to focus on your breathing. Stop your work, take a few moments away from your computer and breath. Take long deep breaths, fill your stomach, inhale and exhale. Also, when you are taking these big deep breaths, don’t let any thoughts distract you. Just focus on breath. Let any random thoughts flow out with each exhale.

I try and take some time every night just for me, to relax and breath. I’ve noticed its easier to sleep. I think it will help you too.

Eat a variety

When it comes to foods, especially fruits and vegetables, please remember to eat a variety. I know so many people who stick to their 1 or 2 favorites, but this not right. We should branch out, try new things. We live in a world where we have access to SO many good fruits and vegetables. We should enjoy them.

Plus, eating a variety of foods is better for health because it supplies more of the needed vitamins, minerals, and good phytochemicals. Next time you are going to have a salad try putting sweet red peppers in the mix. When you want cereal in the morning, add some frozen blackberries. Try a starfruit or some kiwi!

Try more, love more, and be health!

Hey Everyone,

Want to feel better? Why not try being more positive. I have read many self-help books and they all have a central idea, be positive and you will be better. Better as in, happier, more successful, healthier, etc…

My Life and Health

Hello Everyone,

This is my first blog post. I am student and am studying about biology, nutrition, and health. I belive that eating health and exercising are important for the body and the mind. Honestly I meet so many people that want to be happier, its easy to do. Eat better and exercise. Get away from the TV.
